Our services

We provide document translation with human review and certification. A certified translation includes a signed statement attesting that the translation is accurate and complete to the best of the reviewer's knowledge.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are based on the documents and details you submit. Work begins after you approve a quote and complete payment. Prices are stated before you commit; there are no hidden fees.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you have the right to submit the documents you upload for translation.
• You are responsible for providing legible source documents and accurate details (such as names and spellings) needed for the translation.

Acceptance by third parties

While our certified translations are prepared to meet common requirements, acceptance is ultimately determined by the receiving institution. We are an independent provider and are not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency. If a receiving party identifies a specific issue with our certification, we will work with you to address it.

Refunds

If we are unable to complete a translation you have paid for, you are entitled to a refund for the uncompleted work. Contact support@certifiedtranslationbureau.com with any concerns.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a translation is limited to the amount you paid for that translation.
